The Graduate Bar, situated within the Hyatt Regency Hotel, is offering an indulgent Afternoon Tea experience this July, ideal for graduation celebrations.
Each component has been expertly crafted by the hotel’s in-house Chef, James Heath, a patisserie enthusiast who has independently created the hotels baked goods, sweet treats and snacks.
Enjoy a selection of savoury sandwiches including smoked salmon, cucumber, dill and lemon cream cheese served on olive bread, roast chicken, sun blushed tomato chutney and rocket on tomato bread, coronation egg and cress on pesto bread, all accompanied by an asparagus, pea, mint and feta quiche.
For those with a sweet tooth, a variety of desserts include a choux au craquelin, chocolate crémeux with miso caramel, lemon and raspberry meringue pie, a carrot cake with vanilla frosting and a morello cherry mousse cake.
Finally, a freshly baked plain or cherry scone can be enjoyed with clotted cream and jam, accompanied by unlimited cups of premium JING tea and freshly brewed coffee.
The Afternoon Tea can be booked from 12pm until 4pm Thursday to Saturday throughout July for just £24 per person.
