Indulge in opulence with this tantalising blend of Champagne, Prosecco, Crémant or Cava, and our exclusive Le Choc & Pop infusion, a harmonious fusion of black tea and chocolate. Sweetened with a touch of agave syrup, this infusion is a labor of love, prepared with precision and care to ensure a truly exceptional experience.
Ingredients (per serving):
– 60ml Champagne, Prosecco, Crémant or Cava
– 20ml to 40ml Choc & Pop infusion (black tea with chocolate)
– 20ml to 40ml Agave syrup for infusion
To prepare the tea infusion for 5 Champagne glasses, add 3 teaspoons of tea to 200ml of water. Allow to steep for 4 to 6 hours at room temperature before adding 2 to 4 spoons of agave syrup at the end of the infusion.
Midnight Spritz

– 50ml Prosecco
– 30ml Midnight Treasure apple-verbena infusion
– 30ml Aperol
– 10ml tonic
– 1 cinnamon stick or a fresh orange slice
– 20ml to 40ml Agave syrup for infusion
– 4 ice cubes
To prepare the tea infusion for 5 glasses, add 3 teaspoons of tea to 200ml of water. Allow to steep for 4 to 8 hours at room temperature before adding 20ml to 40ml of agave syrup at the end of the infusion. Leave to rest for 1 hour before serving on ice.
Matcha Colada Mocktail

Ingredients (per serving):
– 5 slices Pineapple
– 60ml Coconut milk
– 10ml Agave syrup
– 1/2 teaspoon Matcha
– 4 Ice cubes
To prepare the tea infusion, place the pineapple into an electric mixer and strain out large pieces using a colander, before returning it to the blender. Add the coconut milk, sprinkle in the Matcha powder and blend until smooth. Finally, pour into a glass and add the ice cubes.
