Today, two brands that have revolutionized the kitchen, Gozney and Hedley & Bennett, have revealed a collaboration guaranteed to get every foodie screaming “Yes Chef!”. United by a shared vision of inspiring chefs and home cooks to pursue their culinary fire, the brands have joined forces to create a limited-edition collection of some of their most iconic products. From three new radical colourways of Gozney’s latest pioneering pizza oven, Arc XL, which set the culinary world alight when it launched earlier this spring selling out in a matter of minutes, to two new Gozney-ified versions of Hedley & Bennett’s world-famous apron, giving the UK a chance to get their hands on H&B’s range for the first time. The new collection is set to drive a crowd bigger than your favourite brunch spot when it drops on 7th August.
Drawing on both brands’ history of developing products for the best chefs in the world, Gozney and Hedley & Bennett join forces to surprise and delight food-lovers offering the ultimate armory of outdoor cooking essentials with pizza ovens, aprons, a chef’s hat, pizza peel and pizza cutter included in the limited-edition range. Marrying Gozney’s innovation and ground-breaking design history with Hedley & Bennett’s use of colour and technical materials, the new collection celebrates the pursuit of culinary passion every day, from sunrise to sunset and features an array of limited-edition designs that draw on the gradient colours of the sky from the washed terracotta of sunrise to the deep teal blue of twilight.
The collaboration sees fresh takes on some of the brand’s most beloved products. The three new limited-edition versions of Gozney’s multi-award-winning Arc XL, the world’s most advanced compact pizza oven, feature NASA grade insulation, a revolutionary lateral gas burner and built-in digital thermometer so you can cook restaurant-worthy pizza in as little as 60 seconds. The pinnacle of the collection is a “Mash-Up” shade of the oven which they are only dropping a hundred of worldwide. The hundred “Mash-Up” Arc XLs are individually numbered and blend together sunrise and sunset in a joyous expression of culinary possibility featuring a mix of the collection’s signature terracotta and teal colours. When it comes to the apron, Gozney and Hedley & Bennett teamed up to create a design that is built specifically for the pizza obsessed. Each design element of the 100% cotton twill aprons from the antique brass rivets for the reinforced pockets to a vegan leather stamped version of the iconic H&B ampersand have been highly considered. The apron even has a loop to hold your Infrared Thermometer, an essential pizza making tool.
