The worldwide creative group SEEN has launched a new agency. V-SEEN will focus of health and wellness. SEEN will now have three agencies with V-SEEN, Beauty SEEN and the production and events company Be SEEN.
V-SEEN will be led by Becky Knowles, a specialist in health and wellness. Knowles has 20 years’ experience in the beauty industry which will provide prime background knowledge at the launch of the new SEEN group. Most od Becky’s knowledge has derived from experience of L’Oreal range of beauty health and wellness products. Knowles is also entering the Beauty SEEN endeavor after leading the launch of KOBOX. This is one of the new and highest profile fitness company. KOBOX joined the market in 2016, but now Knowles will be a part of Beauty SEEN and will report to the SEEN Group CEO Michelle Boon. The groups’ CEO supervises growth and strategy of the Group within both the London and New York City agencies.
Globally the wellness industry is a fast expanding market. The industry grew 10.6% from 2013 to 2015, this equates to an expansion roughly worth $3.72 trillion. This is an impressive growth in a time period which saw the global economy actually shrink by 3.6%. This means that wellness is up there with the world’s fastest growing markets. The sector is also proved to be one of the more resilient markets.
V-SEEN will launch with a wide variety of products including products from clients including L’Oreal. The new SEEN group will also encompass Becky Knowles’ previous venture KOBOX, which is London’s first fitness boxing and gym chains. The group will also provide “free-from” beauty and care products to appeal to the growing market for chemical free beauty products. The hope is that V-SEEN will replicate the growth and success managed by the sister group Beauty SEEN.
V-SEEN will also offer a “Fight Club meets Nightclub” event which provides boxing classes by modal Jourdan Dunn and her brother Antonie Dunn, who is a KOBOX trainer.
