HITEC has officially announced the HITEC 100 for 2025, celebrating the 100 most influential Hispanic leaders in technology. Click here to view this year’s HITEC 100.
HITEC annually honours the top Hispanic technology executives in the US, highlighting their leadership and influence in the industry. The goal is to inspire more people to pursue careers in technology while accelerating the impact of Hispanic leaders. HITEC’s vision is to achieve equity in technology, from the classroom to the boardroom.
“The HITEC 100 leaders inspire our community, they trail-blaze new and exciting paths for our Industry and the society, they are the lighthouse of the art of the possible,” commented Alvaro Celis, HITEC Board Member and Chair of the Awards Committee.
The 2025 HITEC 100 includes esteemed Hispanic leaders from Fortune 100 companies, such as CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, and other technology experts. Forty-six per cent of the honourees are Latinas, and the recipients represent 16 countries across Latin America, Spain, and Portugal. Sixty-five different companies are represented this year, and 38 per cent of the honourees are receiving the award for the first time.

Technology leaders, especially those recognised as part of the HITEC 100 are helping drive innovation and the global economy,” said Rosa Ramos-Kwok, HITEC Board Chair. “The HITEC 100 recipients are driving impact and change in their companies and are setting a bright example for rising leaders. The members of the HITEC 100 are the pride of our community!”
Nominations for the HITEC 100 are open to HITEC members, partners, and the general public. Recipients are evaluated based on their contributions to technology, leadership, and mentorship within the Hispanic community.
The HITEC 100 will be recognised at the HITEC 100 & Corporate Awards Gala on 23rd October 2023, during the HITEC Fall Leadership Summit hosted by Capital One in McLean, VA.
