Everyone knows that frogs love a leap year, and at Chef Adam Handling’s critically acclaimed restaurant group, it’s no different. Who better to host a leap year party that you’ll be raving about for the next four years than the talented chef behind the legendary Frog restaurants? What’s more, there’ll be twice the reason to celebrate as the Adam Handling Restaurant Group will be marking its own anniversary, as the group opened its first ever restaurant, The Frog E1, during the last leap year in 2016.
Taking place at his buzzy East London venue, The Frog Hoxton, Chef Adam Handling and his team of accomplished chefs, including Jamie Park – Head Chef at The Frog Hoxton, will be coming together to celebrate on the 29th February, as they serve a one-off menu featuring the most popular dishes from each of the group’s five critically-acclaimed London locations.
For £100 per person, guests will have the unique chance to dine from the ultimate Frog tasting menu. The six-course menu will showcase the ‘best hits’ from across Adam’s restaurant group, as well as an exclusive Leapfrog welcome cocktail from the team at Adam’s award-winning bar in Covent Garden, Eve Bar.
Expect both acclaimed dishes from the restaurants’ current menus, alongside some legendary dishes revived from past menus to mark this special occasion for the group. Highlights will include ‘fried chicken, caviar’ (Ugly Butterfly); ‘lobster, wagyu fat’ (Frog by Adam Handling); ‘beef & haggis wellington’ (Adam Handling Chelsea) and ‘chocolate tofu, coconut, lime’ (The Frog Hoxton). Also featured on the menu will be Adam’s signature ‘mother’ dish, in honour of the group’s special anniversary this leap year.
The Leap Year menu will be available at The Frog Hoxton on 29th February 2020 only, with bookings available from 5:30pm until 10pm. Additional drinks not included in the price.
