Daylesford Brompton Cross at 76-82 Sloane Avenue, SW3 3DZ is now open, celebrating the sensational food and artisan skills of Daylesford’s renowned organic farm in the Cotswolds. The farm shop & all day café spans 7,500 square feet over three floors.
The new features at Daylesford Brompton Cross include a Juice Bar, Sourdough Pizza from the fire ovens that can be ordered as a take-away, as well as in the café and a New Chef’s Specials that will be available only at Daylesford Brompton Cross café for the first weeks of opening.
The New Chef’s Special includes Charred broccoli, Windrush goat cheese, cob nuts & apples, Sea bass crudo, smoked chipotle, lime, chilli, oregano & avocado, Thyme roasted 24oz rump of beef for two, roasted heritage beets, cavalo Nero & salsa Verde, Chermoula roasted aubergine, grilled Romanesco, quinoa, turmeric kefir & pomegranate, and Whole roasted market garden sweetcorn with smoked paprika & chilli.
A menu available at all time will also be available, with breakfast highlights such as Blackberry & Apple Bircher, Goji Berries, toasted linseeds & natural yoghurt and Organic eggs Benedict with outdoor-reared Daylesford Gloucester ham from the Daylesford Smokehouse, hand cut toasted sourdough. Lunch highlights include Super Raw salad with chopped autumn vegetables, avocado oil & apple cider vinegar – add Wootton Estate lemon & thyme chicken, Harvest Tabbouleh with buckwheat groats, squash, red Russian kale, mint, lime & chilli dressing, and Grass pastured beef burger, Cheddar, bacon jam, pickled beets, truffled crisp potatoes.
The new farm shop & café will also organise events on its premises. On the 26th of November there will be the Surviving The Christmas Season Wellness Workshop, on the 29th of November, the Christmas Wreath Making Course, while on the 5th of December, there will be a Beginners’ Modern Calligraphy Workshop and on the 15th of December, Father Christmas at Daylesford will take place.
