Treat your dad this Father’s Day (17th of June) with a succulent Sunday Roast at Hunter 486, The Arch London’s stylish restaurant in Marylebone. The Father’s Day Sunday Roast will be served at Hunter 486 from noon until 10pm and will be priced at £22.95 for two courses and £26.95 for three courses.
The starters included on the Sunday Roast menu are English asparagus with parmesan crusted poached egg, tomato and olive dressing, and Soused Cornish mackerel with samphire, spring baby vegetables, and horseradish cream. Mains encompass Roast beef or Roast leg of lamb, served with all of the traditional trimmings, Confit fillet of hake or Globe artichoke. Meanwhile the desserts list features Cherry terrine and yogurt ice cream, Caramelised tart with crème fraiche, and British farmhouse cheeses served with celery, apple and raisin chutney, and oatcakes.
The Sunday Roast menu is complemented by the restaurant’s extensive wine and Champagne list, which has 27 available by the glass, priced from £7.50. The restaurant’s elegant design and warm atmosphere is the perfect setting for a long luxurious and indulgent lunch.
Hunter 486 was named after the 1950s dialling code for Marylebone and has been designed with an air of nostalgic London glamour fused with contemporary touches. The restaurant features gleaming leather booths, blown glass chandeliers and statement artwork, as well as an adjoining chic Salon de Champagne bar.
The kitchen is delightfully open plan and airy, allowing guests to watch the skilled chefs at work amongst the gleaming selection of copper pots and pans suspended from the ceiling. Light streams through the large windows, treating guests to a charming view of the neighbourhood mews, and come the evening, the softly lit restaurant is an intimate and romantic setting for dinner and drinks.
