The holy grail of pizza has arrived as Saint Pizza launches in Cheltenham. Saint Pizza is owned and run by none other than Cheltenham’s Bonny Ritchie, who’s other ventures include Simpsons Fish & Chips and Fuel Café.
Speaking on the opening of her latest venture, Bonny Ritchie said: “We’ve put a lot of thought into how Saint Pizza will hold its own in the thriving Cheltenham food scene and we think we’ve cracked it. Who wouldn’t want to dive into pizzas oozing with delicious toppings washed down with frozen margaritas? I’m pretty sure I’m not on my own here…”
Customers can choose from a whole host of spiritually inspired pizzas. The meat eaters can opt for the divine Golden Gates (double cheese, fresh pizza sauce, house pulled pork & roasted fresh pineapple with sweet chilli) Trinity (double cheese, fresh pizza sauce, house pulled pork, nduja, pepperoni) or Cluckin Hell (double cheese, chicken strips, fresh pizza sauce, BBQ drizzle) and for those who prefer things meat-free but full-flavoured there’s the ‘Art in Heaven (double cheese, fresh pizza sauce), Vegan Mary (double vegan cheese, vegan bolognese, mushrooms, peppers, olives) or Garden of Eden (double cheese, fresh pizza sauce, mushrooms, peppers and onions).
Extras include the Breaking of the Bread, a sumptuous garlic butter bomb and for those craving a sweet hit, the Forbidden Fruit is a pizza topped with Nutella, marshmallows and freeze-dried raspberries. And it’s not just pizzas that are on offer, customers can enjoy a wide selection of beers, soft drinks or the hallowed Slushy Margaritas that have gone down a storm with customers so far.
Saint Pizza is available on Deliveroo for delivery from 5:00pm – 10:00pm Wednesday – Sunday. Customers can also choose to either click and collect or come and dine-in at the venue, which by day is run as Fuel Café.
