Succulent and perfectly-cooked Wagyu ribeye steaks; millionaire chips; a choice of four steak sauces, and some really superb wines by the glass, Wagyu & Wine Wednesday is taking off at Adam Handling Chelsea.
Adam Handling and his team have perfected the classic menu to create their memorable take on this much-loved steak and wine combination.
The mid-week treat is now available for dinner each Wednesday at £55.00 per head for the 250g Wagyu ribeye steak from the Highlands of Scotland, with either Café de Paris, Peppercorn, Diane or Béarnaise sauces, with the biggest, fattest millionaire chips in Chelsea and a refreshing little leaf salad on the side.
The wines have been selected from the cellar at Adam Handling Chelsea to complement the steaks and sauces to perfection. These exceptional wines are now available by the glass and include Pinot Noir Résonance Vineyard, Résonance Winery, Oregon 2015 at £27.50, Gevrey Chambertin, Claude Dugat, Cote de Nuits, Burgundy 2013 at £45.00 and Château Pichon-Longueville Comtesse de Lalande, Paulliac, Bordeaux, France 1995 £95.00.
