The shortlist of olive magazine Chef awards 2018 has been announced. This year, instead of focusing on ‘celebrity chefs’ and ‘TV cooks’, olive magazine asked the public to nominate the chefs who they thought deserved to be on the shortlist across its seven categories: Sustainable star, Best street-food chef, Veggie pioneer, Best pastry chef or baker, Community champion, Small but mighty and the Dark Horse Wine award, which celebrated the most innovative chefs in the country.

A panel of expert judges will now choose the winners for each categories, who will be announced in September on olivemagazine.com, with the winning chefs being featured in October 2018 issue.
