There has been an updated list of acts that will be performing at Bestival this year. Acts include Wiley, Blossoms, Roots Manuva, Twin Atlantic, Fatman Scoop and many more. There will also be a Garage Pool Party with Heartless crew, DJ Luck & MC Neat as well as Oxide and Neutrino.
At this year’s festival there has been even more artist announced who will be joining big names like The xx, A Tribe Called Quest, Pet Shop Boys, Jamie T and Dizzee Rascal at this year’s Bestival. The theme of the even this time is Year of Colour. The festival takes place between Thursday the 7th and Sunday 10th September at The Lulworth Estate in Dorset.
Bestival is advertised as a four day boutique music festival located on a country estate along Dorset’s Jurassic Coast. The festival has won awards from Best Major Festival three times, in 2015, 2012 and 2010. The event was created after ten years of Rob da Bank’s music events and record releases. With the help of Creative Director Josie da Bank and other co-founders John and Ziggy the festival was brought into a reality.
The lineup for the festival is meant to offer music to suit a wide range of tastes as well as creating an individual and boutique camping experience for the visitors. This year the festival has new and improved features including a new sound system to keep the festival dancing all weekend long.
The line up so far includes DJ’s like Annie Mac, there will also be other artists like The Cuban Brothers, Lucy Rose, The Rhythm Method, Circa Waves, MNEK, Ray BLK, Charlotte Church’s Late Night Pop Dungeon, Revolution Rides and Lost in The Woods.
