This iconic hotel located in the heart of London has recently undergone a complete transformation in order to revitalise the location and turn it into one of the most popular hotels in London. The Trafalgar St James has been regenerated with particular emphasis on becoming a food and drink destination in the capital city for locals and as well as national and international visitors.
This refreshing new vision for the hotel was created by London + Regional’s Creative Director, Mario Nicolaou. The Director appointed two specialist design partners to the project in order to bring his ideas to life. Working on the Rooftop space and room design were the London-based SHH Architecture & Interior Design. This company were responsible for creating a distinctively London aesthetic featuring a range of bold and inviting colours. In order to ensure that the food and drink destinations met the high expectations of Mario Nicolaou, AvroKO the leading design and concept firm worked to reimagine the New York style restaurant experience to its best in the London location.
The Rooftop at The Trafalgar St James has already become the talk of the town and included a retractable canopy, so guests can enjoy the space despite the unpredictable British weather. The guests will be able to enjoy a cocktail while enjoying the spectacular view of the London skyline. Also available is The Trafalgar Dining Rooms, the hotel’s all day restaurant and grill which will offer some of the finest and freshest Mediterranean dishes created with a London twist. There is also ‘Biblio’ the hotel’s exclusive feeling lower ground floor living room that creates the feel of a private member’s club, but open to all.
