The Grange Hotel in York have entered into a partnership with The Yorkshire Chauffeur Company. The partnership has been created in order to allow the Grade II Listed Hotel in York the ability to launch a range of chauffeur driven tours around the historic City and region. The tours will allow the visitors the opportunity to experience the spectacular Yorkshire Moors in the utmost luxury. Yorkshire is well known for its amazing vistas and it is thought that the region has the best views in the UK.
The partnership has been created by The Grange Hotel and The Yorkshire Chauffeur Company in order to generate the Discover Yorkshire Experience. The tours into the Yorkshire moors will take place in a brand new Range Rover Sport driven by your personal chauffeur. There are a number of different tours on offer depending on the preference of the visitor. The tours include the Taste of Yorkshire Tour which consists of a drive through the open countryside in Yorkshire followed by a coffee stop in the village of Kilburn and the chance to appreciate the views of the Vale of York from the vantage of Sutton Bank. The tour allows the opportunity to walk though Helmsley and Hovington as well as a chauffeur driven trip to Castle Howard, considered on of the finest stately homes in Britain.
There is also the Bespoke Tour which allows guests more freedom. There are four bespoke tour options which can be tailored in order to meet the specific requests of the guests. The bespoke tours allows the guest to choose where they visit on the tours and how long they stay there for with countless possibilities to visit quaint tea rooms and cosy country pubs.
The Grange Hotel has recently completed a complete refurbishment which took two years and has seen the creation of five more ground floor bedrooms and the transformation of the Hotel’s vaulted cellars in ot The Ivy Brasserie.
