Village Health & Wellness Clubs have consistently stayed ahead of the curve when it comes to fitness trends. In preparation for the ultimate challenge, Village Gym is excited to announce its new partnership with HYROX.
This collaboration sees Village Gym becoming an official training hub for HYROX competitors, offering dedicated group classes and training sessions designed to improve endurance, strength endurance, power, and aerobic capacity.
The programme, led by certified trainers, will provide participants with the chance to engage in structured fitness challenges and in-house competitions, offering a fresh and innovative approach to their workout regime. The sessions are open to anyone aged 16 or over with a basic level of fitness, making it accessible to a wide audience.
HYROX, which was launched in Germany in 2017, is a global fitness competition that welcomes people from all fitness levels and backgrounds. It combines running with eight strength and endurance exercises, challenging participants to push their limits. Since its launch, HYROX has rapidly expanded, with competitions now held in over 30 cities across 11 countries.
The competition is divided into several categories, including HYROX Women/Men, HYROX Pro Women/Men, HYROX Doubles, and HYROX Team Relay, providing opportunities for everyone, regardless of fitness level, to participate.
Village Gym’s partnership with HYROX allows the club to offer engaging, competitive training, supporting its mission to help people of all fitness levels achieve their goals. For those not quite ready for the full HYROX event, Race Sim events will be offered, starting at Village Gym Manchester, Ashton on 10th November, followed by events in Birmingham and London in early 2025.

Village Gym will now offer HYROX training classes at all club locations, exclusively for members.
Additionally, Village Gym Ashton, Manchester will host a HYROX Sim event on 10th November. Tickets will be available soon and are expected to sell out quickly.
