Burger & Lobster, the restaurant known for bringing together luxurious lobster and indulgent burgers at affordable prices, has announced it will be opening in Brighton next month. Marking its first new UK opening in eight years, Burger & Lobster is excited to find a home at a prime spot in Brighton’s The Lanes, at 15 Market Street.
Calling lobster lovers, burger enthusiasts and those who enjoy exploring new dining destinations, Burger & Lobster will showcase a gourmet menu. From Lobster Croquettes to a Wagyu Burger and not forgetting its famous Lobster Roll served with a signature Lemon and Garlic Butter, there will be something for everyone. A Burger & Lobster first, the brand will introduce a brunch menu, with several exclusive dishes for Brighton diners only.
With a reputation for quality and simplicity, Burger & Lobster’s menu is designed to satisfy all tastebuds, from perfectly grilled burgers to fresh, succulent lobster, complemented with an incredible selection of sides and signature cocktails.
Launched in 2011, Burger & Lobster has nine locations across the capital – Bond Street, Bread Street, Knightsbridge, Leicester Square, Mayfair, Oxford Circus, Soho, Threadneedle Street and West India Quay, and is excited to venture outside of London to the popular seaside town this February, Brighton.
Burger & Lobster will launch in Brighton in February 2025 at 15 Market Street, Brighton & Hove, BN1 1HH.
