Billy and Jack first met on BBC One’s MasterChef in 2016. The two were runners up to the series and managed to charm viewers across the nation by creating a range of more quirky and playful interpretations of classic British dishes. The twists seen on the show used an English Breakfast; Ham, Egg and Chips and Shepherd’s Pie. After the show the two chefs teamed up.
Billy and Jack have used their enjoyment and passion for cooking and eating amazing food in order to develop a range of meals that will deliver memorable dining experiences. The duo has been working hard over the past year to craft their own unique style as well as cooking in a range of unusual places in order to bring people together while enjoying delicious and imaginative dishes.
The kitchen duo has both admitted to being food geeks and have also said that they are always open to trying new things when cooking. Billy and Jack have had experience working with a wide range of different brands since MasterChef, including designing the menu for and hosting the launch of Google Home. Billy and Jack have also worked hard to develop a range of dishes for Cancer Research UK.
More recently, the two chefs have crafted the menu and hosted a month-long supper residency that took place in collaboration with Silent Pool Gin. The supper residency took place at the Royal Festival Hall, and during this month long takeover, Billy and Jack delivered a selection of fun and innovative dishes for guests to enjoy while they looked out at views across the Thames and some of London’s most iconic landmarks. The month-long supper residency gave Billy and Jack the opportunity to create dishes that celebrated a range of simple but stunning flavours.
Billy and Jack have given demos at a range of food festivals across the UK and have also worked alongside a range of prestigious restaurants. No doubt the duo will experience the same scale of success over the course of the next few years.
