On the 11th May it was revealed that Damian Wawrzyniak, the popular polish TV chef, has opened his first restaurant. Damian’s restaurant will deliver dishes that have gone straight from the farm to the table. The new restaurant will be called House of Feats and will use fresh ingredients in order to create Easter European dishes with the trademark flair of chef Wawrzyniak. The restaurant will only use ingredients that are in season, which means that the menu will change frequently to make the most of each ingredient during their prime. It has been predicted that the menu could change as frequently as every day, or every week.
Diners at House of Feasts will be invited to enjoy a variety of dishes that have been elevated by the popular TV chef. The vegetables served as part of the House of Feast menu will originate from the restaurant’s own patch. Dished like hog roasts or BBQ will be served to share for guests either in the garden or at one of the indoor tables. Each Sunday, House of Feasts will put on for guests to enjoy and give a slight twist on the traditional Sunday lunch.
Damian Wawrzyniak has designed his restaurant so that it is suitable for everyday and special occasion dining. The menu at House of Feasts has been created to be shared with friends and even to celebrate events like weddings, birthdays and parties. Diners will be encouraged to relax and enjoy a wide variety of dishes in a tapas and sharing style as chef Wawrzyniak fulfils his dream of running his own restaurant. The restaurant has the capacity to feed 120 people. There is a gazebo to cover guests on bad weather days and an outdoor bar for diners wanting to enjoy the sun.
House of Feasts will be open on Crowland Road in Peterborough on the 9th of June 2017.
