The Hyde Bar Lobby at the Royal Lancaster London will be launching today, the 8th November. The new location near to Hyde Park is expected to be an exciting new addition to the drinking and dining scene in London.
The Royal Lancaster London is known for being one of the chicest hotels in London, open since 1967. 50 years later the hotel has maintained this reputation, with every aspect of the new Hyde Lobby Bar being tailored in order to illustrate and celebrate the hotel’s rich history. The hotel has been much discussed following an investment of £80 million renovation. The Hyde Lobby Bar is a completely brand new addition to the hotel and is in the perfect location to see and be seen while in the capital.
The cocktail menu for this masterfully designed bar, with classic 1960s design features merged with contemporary style has been created in order to also reflect the history of the iconic London hotel. The cocktails on this menu include The Great Gats-bee which includes Chivas 18, cherry brandy and honey syrup which has been collected from the hotel’s own rooftop hive. There is also The Italian Job cocktail is made with Beefeater 24 Gin, Martini Rosso, Campari and Aperol which is a salute to the original 19668 Italian Job film that included scenes from the Royal Lancaster London.
During the day, the Hyde Lobby Bar will offer the perfect location for refined and light cuisine, with a breakfast menu including Homebaked Danish pastries, granola and Greek yoghurt, honey and berries, or Three pieces of Cruffin with smoked bacon and mature cheddar or Somerset Brie, spinach, tomato and mushroom. The Bar will also offer a range of marvelous light lunch options that will change seasonally, and a gloriously decadent sweet collection including an Éclair of the day and homemade macaroons.
The Hyde Lobby Bar has acres of white marble to offer a chic entrance to this amazing new London location and offers a beautiful backdrop for an altogether wonderful eating and dining experience.
