The leading event management and catering company, The Admirable Crichton Ltd has announced the promotion of Ruth Lawton-Owen to the Managing Director of The Admirable Crichton, deWintons and Maia Events.

Ruth has proven herself as an asset to the company and no doubt she will continue to perform and experience success in her new role of Managing Director.
Over the course of the past two years, Ruth has worked as an AC director and shareholder. In her previous role, Ruth has successfully managed to drive a range of changes to the leading event management and catering company’s commercial aspect as well as market perception and company brand. These changes have led to The AC being seen as a company that is flexible and modern that has also built up a good reputation working in food, service and design. In her new role as Managing Director, Ruth will no doubt continue to drive changes that will improve and expand the company going forward.
In her new role at The AC, Ruth Lawton-Owen will be fully responsible for the leadership and development of the company. Ruth will also be in charge of ensuring that the company meets their growth plans across the UK as well as internationally. In order to assist Ruth with her new responsibilities, a new Head of Event Sales and Operations Manager has been appointed.
