Mermaid Gin – Zest My Lemon
50ml Mermaid Gin | 25ml Lemon Syrup | 12.5ml Lemon Juice | 12.5ml Sugar Syrup | 75ml Soy Milk | 3 drops Vegan Foamer | Dark Chocolate
Combine all ingredients with ice and shake, then fine strain into a chocolate rimmed coupe

Mermaid Spiced Rum Bananarumba
35ml Mermaid Spiced Rum | 20ml Banana Liqueur | 15ml Chocolate Liqueur | 75ml Oat Milk | A melted vegan-chocolate rim, finished with a slice of caramelised banana.
Roll ingredients in an ice-filled shaker until frosted. Fine strain into a coupe and garnish
