The team that was behind Dirty Bones, a luxurious comfort food and cocktail restaurant located in London have revealed that on Thursday the 7th December there will be an official launch of the newest site. The restaurant will be opening in a new location on the Westgate roof terrace in Oxford, and will be the first and the largest Dirty Bones restaurant found outside of London.
Dirty Bones Oxford will include a range of band new dishes exclusively for the menu at the new location. These latest menu additions have been developed by the team especially for the launch of the new Oxford site. The restaurant brand will be building on the playful NYC-inspired food that has proven to be so popular at Dirty Bones Kensington, Carnaby, Shoreditch and Soho. The new Oxford location include a range of new on-the-bo0ne dishes such as sweet peach & BBQ glazed Smoked Baby Back Ribs as well as an expanded taco collection such as the Cheeseburger Tacos as well as a range of vegan and vegetarian friendly dishes such as Gem Lettuce and Grilled Halloumi Salad and Quinoa, Pecan and black pepper Veggie Burger.
Dirty Bones has will also bring back their popular hot dogs, as a nod to the company’s origins as a West London gourmet hot-dog stand. Dirty Bones Oxford will offer the legendary Dirty Dog topped with pulled pork, crispy bacon and jalepeño cheese. The Oxford restaurant will also offer their cure-all brunch menu, which will be served complete with a range of new dishes as well as the recently launched Bottomless Boozy Brunch Cocktails which have recently been launched in Shoreditch, Soho and Kensington. The Oxford location will take design inspiration from Brooklyn in the 1970s and will make the most of a rich colour scheme with dim lighting as well as complementing velvet fabrics to offer a luxurious spot to enjoy amazing comfort food.
