Six by Nico Deansgate has announced its new menu, New York, ideal for those seeking an authentic New Yorker experience.
Inspired by the city that never sleeps, the menu dives into New York’s neighbourhoods, taking inspiration from the locals, cooks and owners who have long been the pillars of the cities culinary scene.
The six-course tasting menu starts with the New Yorker slice and cookie, combining pepperoni ragù, panzanella, and a pecorino foam truffle NY black & white cookie. The B.E.C (bacon, egg and cheese) features smoked bacon belly, confit egg yolk, trapanese ‘hot sauce’ and parmesan beurre blanc, and the pastrami sandwich with ox, choucroute, pickled kohlrabi, battered gherkin and frenchies emulsion.
With all Six by Nico menus, a six-course vegetarian menu is also available, with dishes such as the double yolker with potato rosti, confit egg yolks, trapanese hot sauce and beurre blanc, and the Lower East Side apple pie with baked apple creme, New York cheesecake, dulce de leche and cookies & cream anglaise.
The six-course tasting menu at Six by Nico Deansgate is priced at £42 per person with the option to enjoy an expertly selected drink pairing with a £30 supplement.
