Mowgli will be opening in Grand Central in September. The Indian street food restaurant is owned by the celebrity food blogger Nisha Katona, who was a successful barrister before changing her career to follow her passion for food. Since the Nisha has been working hard to introduce a traditional Indian dining experience to the West.
Mowgli will be opening at Grand Central Birmingham next month and will be the newest location, adding to the two sites that are located in Liverpool and restaurant in Manchester. The new restaurant will be located opposite Tapas Revolution in Grand Central, where there are a number of popular eateries such as Tapas Revolution and Pho and Tortilla.
Mowgli will deliver the visitors a taste of India with the relaxed enjoyable atmosphere in order to illustrate the way Indian food is eaten in the home and on the street. There will be a small selection of plates on offer for diners to enjoy filled with bright intense and rich flavour that is well known of Indian cuisine. The unique and innovative concept offered by Mowgli is expected to fit in extremely well amongst the other restaurants and café options on offer at Grand Central.

Thrilled at the idea of opening in Grand Central, Nisha also expects that the restaurant will be well received and well suited to the edgy location.
On offer at Mowgli will include the Mowgli Chip Butty and the restaurant’s famous Yoghurt Chat Bombs as well as a range of other menu options that deliver an explosion of flavour to be enjoyed in the intimate, relaxed restaurant space. Mowgli is expected to be a massive hit with shoppers and food fans alike.
