The new Nordic-French restaurant, Aster in London Victoria has announced that they will be teaming up with The Wellness Collective in order to offer a range of fitness brunches to their restaurant. This range began this weekend, on the 2nd of July and will be available each Sunday until the end of July. The brunch will cost £36, and involve a 45 minute full body workout that is led by two high standard personal trainers. Following the fitness session, a two course Nordic brunch will be served in the café at Aster.
The new Nordic-French restaurant by the popular restaurant chain D&D have launched the sessions that will be open to a maximum of 10 people each weekend throughout the month of July. The small class will tackle a variety of full body exercises that will target problem areas. This workout will take place on the terrace of Aster, allowing participants to work out in on the restaurant’s flower adorned and summery space before heading to the ground floor café for brunch.
On offer at Aster is a range of savoury breakfast classics that are served with Nordic-French twists. Available on the menu are hot smoked salmon rillettes served with potato blinis, Eggs Victoria; seeded sourdough topped off with crab and a truffle hollandaise. For those with a sweeter tooth there is the almond cake Runeberg served with poached rhubarb, or a panna cotta with a lingonberry aquavit compote.
The classes and brunch offering that has been organised between D&D and The Wellness Collective will be taking place at 100 am each Sunday until the end of July. This twist of a popular Sunday activity should be successful for the Nordic-French restaurant. The tickets for the event can be purchased at the gift shop of D&D, with only 10 spaces per class each week, they are bound to be snapped up fast.
