The Kensington will be celebrating this spring the upcoming Royal Wedding with a bespoke Royal cocktail menu at the beautiful K Bar and the annual Chelsea Flower Show with a Chelsea Flower Show inspired dinner in the Town House.
The K Bar will be honouring the Royal wedding with three new cocktails: Markle Sparkle, with Auchentoshan Three Wood, tonka bean and star anise syrup for £15, Suits You, Harry, with Ketel One Orange, campari and Mazanilla dry sherry for £13 and Dubonnet & Gin (The Queen’s favourite), with Dubbonet and gin for £13. The cocktails will be available from the 7th until the 21st of May and guests are invited to celebrate as the happy couple say ‘I do’.
To celebrate the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, Town House at the Kensington will be inviting guests to indulge in an exclusive dining experience in collaboration with Ridgeview English Sparkling Wine. The best in English sparkling wines will be available, alongside a delectable seasonal menu. The experience will start in the beautiful K Bar with canapes, such as Cured salmon, citrus, avocado and avruga caviar and Truffled Duxelle, Asparagus served on Brioche, and Ridgeview’s Cavendish Brut.
This will be followed by a delicious three course meal at the Town House, with a menu that has been carefully prepared by The Kensington’s Executive Chef, Adi Mandokhot, and paired with Ridgeview’s finest sparkling wines. This indulgent meal will showcase the best in seasonal fayre, with a starter of Pan seared scallops served with roast cauliflower and Nastirtium, paired with Blanc de Blancs 2013. New season lamb served with wild garlic, Peas, and anchovies, paired with Blanc de noirs 2013 will be available for the main course, and a light Strawberry Sorbet served with English strawberries and paired with Rose de noirs 2013 for dessert.
The Ridgeview and Townhouse at The Kensington dinner is priced at £75 per person and it will be available on Monday, the 21st of May from 6.30pm.
