Fresh Element has closed a deal with Ringtons, which will see the renowned hospitality group offering Ringtons coffee and tea in all of its venues.
Since the introduction of Ringtons coffee and tea to Six Restaurant and BALTIC Kitchen Centre for Contemporary Art, all Fresh Element venues have been serving solely its products, including The Sill: National Landscape Discovery Centre in Hexham and Eldon Garden’s rustic Garden Kitchen. As well as supplying its premium coffee and tea, Ringtons has started upgrading the four venues with state of the art barista machinery and has provided all employees with extensive barista training.
“As a supplier, Ringtons ticks all of the boxes – they’re local, independent, offer a great product and excellent customer service. In the past we’ve struggled to find a supplier who could accommodate the flexible nature of the hospitality industry, provide the training and service levels we need, and most importantly offer us a personal service which works for our business. Ringtons was so willing to help, that within two months of working with the company, we had converted every one of our venues to Ringtons, which is testament to their excellent customer service and products,” said Fresh Element Director Pete Hunt about the partnership.
Ringtons Beverages for Business division caters to thousands of customers from every business arena, offering everything from coffee, tea and infusions blended and packed in its UK factory, to edibles and ancillaries, as well as traditional and modern coffee equipment, barista training, café design and a private label packaging service.
“Despite traditionally being considered a tea company, Ringtons coffee business has grown substantially in the last five years. All of our fresh bean and ground coffee is roasted and packed for the Ringtons brand and private label clients at this site, and we have a fantastic reputation for delivering consistently great quality coffee. Launching the new Triple Certified Coffee with Fresh Element was a natural step to offering our customer even more choice and meeting the taste demands of increasingly sophisticated coffee drinkers,” commented Stephen Drysdale, Head of Ringtons Beverages for Business.
