Charlene Phipp, Spa Manager at Pennyhill Park, was named ‘Spa Professional of the Year’ at the prestigious Hotel Cateys on Monday 13th November.
She was recognised for her people-centric approach to managing the 45,000 sq. ft. wellness centre which is set amidst 120 acres of parkland at Pennyhill Park. Overseeing record membership levels, she was praised for championing innovative treatments and wellness routines while also placing a focus on developing a team of 59.
Pennyhill Park spa is where guests come to feel their best, boasting best practice rituals and therapies across 20 treatment rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness suite, thermal and sensory experiences, an indoor 25-metre pool, 18-metre outdoor pool, hot tubs, and luxury bathing cabanas.
