Mac & Wild, London’s favourite Scottish restaurant has announced the launch of their winter Hunting Lodges. This winter, the popular restaurant is offering guests an opportunity to escape to Highland hideaway, while staying firmly in the centre of London. The Hunting Lodges have been created in partnership with their favourite Scottish Gin, The Botanist.
Londoners will have the opportunity to get a taste of the Highlands at Mac & Wild in Devonshire Square. Located a short distance away from the Square Mile, and close to Liverpool Street Station, the Highland-inspired winter lodges are nestled into the western courtyard of Devonshire Square and is the perfect location for a festive retreat this winter. The Lodges are now available to book for brunch, lunch, drinks and dinner 6 days of the week.
The coldest season of the year is upon us, and Mac & Wild’s heated Botanist Hunting Lodges have been created with inspiration from shooting lodges located in the Highlands in order to deliver a festive hideaway in a quiet corner of the bustling city streets. The Lodges have been decorated with festive pine, candles, twinkling lights, heather shrubs, Scottish books and a speaker, allowing guests to play their favourite Christmas songs, or find the perfect playlist for their cozy winter gathering. The lodges have plenty of fur blankets on offer and tartan rugs in order to snuggle up on chilly winter days and nights.
Each of the Hunting Lodges is allocated its own dedicated serving lad or lassie, who will be on hand throughout the guests’ bookings in order to feed and water the entire party as while enjoying the festive, intimate space.
The restaurant’s favourite Gin, The Botanist has been used to curate an extra special gin-based cocktail menu with highlights such as The Botanist Elixir Winter Bramble and The Botanist Apple Collins. The food on offer will include Mac & Wild favourite selection of highland treats.
