Chloe Amour, a renowned model and social media sensation, is pioneering a body confidence movement with her unconventional fitness regimen. Known for her stunning photos and a massive following of 2.1 million on Instagram (@realchloeamour), Amour has been likened to a real-life ‘Pretty Woman’, captivating fans worldwide. Beyond the allure of her modelling career, Amour shares her journey towards self-acceptance and empowerment through naked yoga.
“I absolutely love nude yoga – it’s so freeing,” shared Amour. “Practising naked has empowered me; I always feel so accomplished afterwards. It is challenging for both my mind and body, and doing it nude gives it more of an artistic feeling.”
Her foray into naked yoga began during a Playboy TV shoot, where she discovered the empowering practice of hot yoga in the nude. This experience was pivotal in boosting her confidence and fostering a deeper connection with her body.
“Naked yoga is very personal,” Amour explained. “It helped strengthen my body, and I also became more comfortable in my own skin. Naked yoga has helped me fall back in love with my body.”
Amour advises those interested in naked yoga to start with clothed sessions: “Start off clothed first. That way, when you strip down, you will already have confidence in your yoga experience, and that will distract your mind so you aren’t as conscious of being naked.”
Amour’s narrative is a testament to the transformative power of embracing one’s body through the practice of naked yoga.
