The week-long limited-edition menu will delight wine enthusiasts and food lovers alike with carefully curated pairings that showcase the best of English viticulture.
Discover a unique culinary experience with a special menu designed to complement the distinctive flavors of Balfour’s renowned wines. Menu and wine pairing highlights include:
Scotch egg, lamb shish or Falafel mix (v) with tzatziki
Paired with Balfour Leslie’s Reserve Brut (175ml)
Corn croquettes, red Leicester sauce (v)
Paired with Balfour Liberty Bacchus
Pimm’s trifle, sweet-pickled cucumber and mint sponge (v)
Paired with Balfour Nannette’s Rosé
As part of the celebration, guests who purchase the set menu throughout English Wine Week will be in with the chance of winning a free tour and tasting to Balfour Winery for two. Hithe + Seek will be giving away a small goodie bag to guests who choose the pairing menu and dine with them throughout English Wine Week.
