Coravin is working with prestigious wine supplier Top Selection for the World Wine Tour menus in the UK. “We’ve hand-picked fine wines for this programme rarely available by the glass,” explains founder Akos Forczek. “We are great advocates of the possibilities that Coravin opens up for sommeliers and their customers; it is a pleasure to bring this to life through these incredible wines and iconic venues.”
The May menus will include an ex-château release of one of the world’s best-known clarets; a boutique production of vintage Blanc de Blancs Champagne; an exquisite German wine from the producer of the world’s most acclaimed Rieslings; a Monopole single vineyard Barolo from a real rising star of the region; and a very special Tokaj wine from Hungary’s most revered winemaker.
