Immersive culinary experience by Chef patron Skye Gyngell and AP&Co headlines RHS Chelsea Flower Show for the second year running
The sell-out culinary experience headlining RHS Chelsea Flower Show has opened its ticket sales and they’re vanishing fast. Renowned for serving food and drink ‘straight from the earth’, the hotly-anticipated Spring Garden, will be welcoming guests for the second year running.
A collaboration between the celebrated Chef Skye Gyngell and luxury London caterer AP&Co, Spring Garden invites visitors to explore, experience, sense and taste – all whilst reconnecting with nature.
Nestled in the heart of the world’s most prestigious flower show, Spring Garden offers the perfect intimate dining experience, where guests can unwind and savour delicious food and drink in a stunning, woodland setting. Discreetly situated within the historic grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea, the experience promises guests an extraordinary medley of culinary treats and drinks, set against a backdrop of serene natural beauty.
Bursting with a blend of seasonal flavours, Spring Garden prides itself on using simple seasonal ingredients, prepared with care and at the peak of their freshness, with minimum disruption to the natural world. Locally grown and responsibly sourced, every dish is thoughtfully designed and following the ‘from farm to table’ etiquette, dedicated to supporting local producers.*
This year, Chef Skye hints at an array of fresh seasonal ingredients, from delicate sweet peas, flavoursome fennel to tender apricots, cherries, and locally sourced cheese and meats. Skye’s dedication to ‘whole plant cooking’ ensures every bite not only celebrates the natural world but also minimises food waste. As a result, guests can anticipate a fusion of flavors, aromas, and textures that capture the essence of Spring with each bite.
