Hithe + Seek at The Westin London City, celebrated for its panoramic views and enchanting ambience, has unveiled its latest Spring menu dishes.
Launching on Thursday 2nd May, the new additions will showcase a fusion of traditional recipes with a refreshing seasonal twist.
With a passion for innovative flavour combinations, Hithe + Seek’s Executive Chef Fabio De Paolis‘ latest menu creations are a testament to his culinary expertise and extensive experience from working across the globe.
The menu is sectioned into two parts encompassing dishes from ‘The New World’ and ‘The Old World’ with seasonal highlights such as:
Hake Coconut & lime ceviche with ginger and rice crisps – £17.00
Beef Steak Tartare with pickled shimenji, and smoked egg yolk – £17.00
Ravioli Carbonara with pecorino and Guanciale – £14.00
Pimm’s trifle with sweet pickled cucumber and mint sponge. – £10.00
Guests can also indulge in Hithe + Seek’s new cocktail additions embodying the essence of Spring with seasonal ingredients. Cocktail highlights include City Sunset with hints of watermelon, Malibu, lemon juice and Bacardi. Alongside It’s Always Drinks O’clock made with Broken Clock vodka, apple juice, lime juice, and sugar syrup.
