Colin Bosc, Founder of Cafelista commented: “If you’re keeping an eye on your diet, it’s good to know the top 10 most calorific coffee orders, and where to find them in the U.S. Popular spots like Starbucks and Dunkin’ offer a variety of coffee that can be deceptively high in calories, often due to the addition of syrups, whipped cream, whole milk, and sugary flavorings. For example, a large Frappuccino with all the extras can pack over 500 calories, similar to the caloric content of a small meal.
Being aware of these calorie options is key if you’re trying to manage your weight, blood sugar, or overall health. Even your daily coffee run can add up if you’re not careful. By knowing which drinks are the heaviest on calories, you can make smarter choices and maybe go for a lighter option that still hits the spot without messing with your health goals.”
