The Bad Boy Pizza Society started as a group of pizza-loving friends at Southampton University, originally a parody society formed to review local pizza joints and enjoy cheap eats, the group quickly evolved into something much more.
Since those early days, Bad Boy Pizza Society has grown into a well-known pizza brand, with locations across London in Covent Garden, London Bridge and Tulse Hill, each offering its own take on the beloved dish. The Society serves up an eclectic menu of 22″ New York, 12″ New York, and Neapolitan-style pizzas, delivering both classic flavours and innovative new combinations.
The team at Bad Boy Pizza have been working with Tajín to create an epic Limited Edition Pizza for the month of October. Think the famous Mexican street food corn snack, Elotes, but on a pizza. They have taken inspiration from the classic flavours found in Mexican food to create a truly different pizza topping.
The Elote Pizza is a white pizza with creamy Fresh Mozzarella, their special Elotes Corn Mix, smokey Chipotles in Adobo, zesty Chopped Jalapenos, Queso Fresco, Fresh Coriander and topped off with sprinklings of Tajin Clasico – from £5.80 per slice.
Eduardo Gómez, Sales Director of Mexgrocer says, We love the creativity at Bad Boy Pizza and feel that the collaboration makes perfect sense using corn and the Tajin in this way. We are looking forward to seeing what everyone thinks of it.
The collaboration is running from 1st October for the whole month at all the Bad Boy Pizza Society sites.
