On November 1st, The 1 Bar opens its doors on 18 Appold Street, inviting London’s music and cocktail enthusiasts to an out-of-this-world, immersive late-night experience.
With live music performances featuring talent plucked from West End’s biggest shows, and experiential cocktails crafted by world-class mixologists, The 1 Bar is set to be the latest game-changing addition to London’s nightlife.
Although the star of the show will be the live entertainment, The 1 Bar’s central location will welcome all to enjoy its lively ambiance, making it a perfect destination for after-work drinks and spirited socials.
The much-anticipated bar concept was conceived by Dimitar Petkanov, a 35-year-old hospitality veteran who built his international career managing some of the most exciting food, drink and nightlife spots in the scene.
“We’re not just opening another bar,” says Petkanov. “We’re creating a destination where the art of mixology meets the vibrancy of live music, offering an unparalleled experience for London’s discerning professionals and music enthusiasts.”
Aiming to bring people together through another level of live music and entertainment, The 1 Bar offers a unique and engaging experience for visitors. DJs and live singers will not only perform, but chat and interact with guests, allowing a deeper level of connection. The music selection ranges from classics from the 80s, 90s and 2000s to the latest chart-toppers, specially curated to encourage guests to sing along and indulge in the festivities of the night.
Aside from the first-rate talent on stage, the large bar is the other star of the show. Armed with a menu of signature cocktails which are designed to give guests a show of their own, as well as a full menu of classic cocktails, The 1 Bar’s team of mixologists will keep the drinks flowing through each night.
Furthermore, with expertly-designed interiors, all details are in place for a luxurious but fun-loving experience in the heart of the city, something hugely lacking on this side of town since Covid.
Having a capacity of 180 people, The 1 Bar is perfect for exclusive hires. The 1 Bar is open every Monday to Saturday from 2pm till late and the official opening will be on 1st November.
