The perfect deal to start your week, Hyatt is offering an exclusive 2-4-1 deal on all pizzas every Monday! Made with a delicious blend of sourdough and semolina, the dough is topped with San Marzano tomatoes and a variety of delicious flavours.
Choose from classics such as margherita with basil and Hawaiian with ham and pineapple, the Italian with cured meats and blue cheese, picante with n’duja and pepperoni and the vegeteriana with a grain base, vegetables and feta cheese.

This August, the Hyatt has partnered with the legendary Franklin & Sons to create the ultimate summer cocktail line-up, ideal for enjoying in the sunshine within the hotels outdoor terrace and garden.
The menu boasts all-new options such as the ‘Spritz’ which features a botanical, floral and refreshing blend of gin, elderflower liqueur, sparkling wine, and Franklin & Sons Elderflower and Cucumber Tonic Water. The ‘Pink Breeze’ blends a fresh, sweet, and citrussy mix of citrus vodka, fortified rose wine, strawberry syrup, and Franklin & Sons Rhubarb and Hibiscus Tonic Water. And finally, the ‘La Costa’ is an indulgent mix of berry gin and black raspberry liqueur topped with Franklin & Sons Sicilian Lemon Tonic Water.
