The Leisure Group has received recognition as part of The Best Workplace Awards 2017. The Leisure Group is an operator of the Thai restaurant brands Thaikhun and Chaophraya. The Group has been named as one of the top 120 places to work in the UK.
These awards have been running for 16 years and works towards recognizing and celebrating organisations that are great employers, brands and businesses. The Leisure Group was ranked 23rd as part of the large business category and managed to finish above popular brands like KFC and H&M.
It is thought that this prestigious award illustrates that company’s ongoing focus on supporting as well as training their staff members in order to then offer the best experience to their guests. The company works towards a company culture of enthusiasm in order to deliver an excellent dining experience in their brands that are located throughout the UK. The Leisure Group plan on progressing further and get higher up the rankings in the future.
The Company believes that their success has come from their four core beliefs which have been adopted from Buddhist principles. The Leisure Group was ranked as the 2nd hospitality, food and beverage company on the list. The Group managed to beat well-known names such as TSB and Britvic Soft Drinks.
