Baxters Food Group’s range of Super Good soups has gained listings in Tesco stores across the UK. The 400g tins will be available in Tesco from July, retailing at £1.50. The Super Good range is also available in Sainsburys and Waitrose stores.
Launched in September last year, the innovative range of six soups supports the company’s growing focus on wellbeing and further strengthens its commitment to flavour, in response to the country’s evolving tastes and lifestyles.
The Super Good range consists of six variants: Tomato, Orange and Ginger; Chicken Broccoli and Rice; Chicken Noodle; Fiery Fish Bisque; Pea, Broccoli and Basil Pesto, and Root Vegetable and Turmeric. Root Vegetable and Turmeric, Tomato, Orange and Ginger, and Pea, Broccoli and Basil Pesto, each contributing a minimum of 2 of consumers’ 5 a day, will now be available in 700 Tesco stores nationwide.
“Our Super Good range is packed full of goodness, with each cancreated using key ingredients which are proven to have significant health benefits, from the anti-inflammatory effects of ginger and turmeric, to the vitamin D and B sourced from oily fish and the high protein content in chicken,” said Dave McLaughlin, Sales Director at Baxters Food Group.

Since its inception, the range of superfood soups has captured consumers’ attention and demonstrated strong market appeal, with sales figures showing that 46.3% of Super Good shoppers are new to the category entirely.
